Amand Pulaj trained at La Scala Milan and Teatro Nuovo Torino. In 2002, he won a bronze medal at the Spoleto Festival and a competitive scholarship to study at the Escuela Nacional de Ballet (Cuba).
He has been a soloist with several ballet companies including Teatro Nuovo Torino, Balletto del Sud, Egri per la Danza, Vancouver City Dance Theatre, Ballet Des Moines, Arena di Verona and Charlotte Ballet. Amand also had the privilege of performing as soloist or principal dancer in the Robert North productions: Entre dos Aguas, Il Tango delle ore piccole, Troy game, Fado ; the Ma Cong productions Angeli, We thin the body and Calling ; Dwight Rhoden’s World Premiere with Jazz and Jiri Kylian’s Forgotten Land.
Amand previously performed with Ballet Ireland in Romeo & Juliet & Bold Moves.
