Annachiara Corti was born in Pescara (Italy). At the age of 13, she moved to the Accademia Nazionale di Danza in Rome where she graduated in June 2016 under the supervision of Gabriella Tessitore. From November 2016 to March 2017 she joined Ballet Dortmund as a guest for their production of Swan Lake (Artistic Director: Xin Pen Wang).
From July 2017 to April 2018, she joined Tulsa Ballet II (USA) under the Artistic Directorship of Marcello Angelini where she worked with Ma Cong, Jennifer Archibald, Derek Deane and Ben Stevenson. She performed various pieces at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center including: Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Strictly Gershwin (North American premiere) and Cinderella. In June 2018 she was selected at the “On Dance” workshop in Milan at the Teatro degli Arcimboldi by Roberto Bolle, Julie Kent, Sasha Zaitsev and Francesco Nappa where she won a scholarship.
Annachiara previously performed with Ballet Ireland in The Nutcracker.
