Valentin Quitman

Valentin started dancing in Montpellier, France at the age of 12 where he followed a classical as well as contemporary training in Epsedanse. He completed his dance education in Switzerland, first as an advanced student in the private school Dancearea in Geneva and then at the Ballettschule Theater Basel where he successfully graduated in 2013.

Valentin was a junior member of the Zurich Ballet from 2013 to 2015 dancing in several works by choreographers such as Christian Spuck, Itzik Galili, Stephan Thoss, Eva Dewaele, Filipe Portugal, Mats Ek and William Forsythe.

In 2016 he took part in a project in Sion (Switzerland) with the Boll&Roche Cie where he performed in a dance-theater rendition of physicist Albert Einstein’s life called Einstein: le spectacle.

Recently Valentin has worked with the Ballet of Metz Opera in France, participating in the production of La belle au bois dormant which was also presented in Luxembourg.
