Vincenzo Di Primo

Vincenzo was born in Bronte, Italy and started dancing at age of eight. He started his training at Les Ballets School in Catania and then at the age of 14, joined the Vienna State Opera Ballet Academy where he subsequently graduated.

Whilst a student, Vincenzo won the Bronze Medal at the Beijing International Ballet Competition 2014, Outstanding Artistry prize at the Youth American Grand Prix New York 2016 and Prix de Lausanne 2016 (prize winner including the contemporary prize). He also performed at the Youth American Grand Prix Gala: “Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow” in New York.

After becoming a winner at the Prix de Lausanne in 2016, Vincenzo joined The Royal Ballet and performed: Revolutionary role in Anastasia (MacMillan), Flight Pattern (Crystal Pite), The Sleeping Beauty (Petipa), Mayerling (MacMillan), The Nutcracker (Peter Wright) and La Fille Mal Gardée (Ashton).
