Viola Daus

Viola was born in Lübeck, Germany and trained at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst, Mannheim where she completed her studies with a Bachelor of Arts. During her time at the school she danced with the Badisches Staats-ballett in Karlsruhe, Kevin O’Day Ballett in Mannheim and Dance Company Nanine Linning, Heidelberg.

In the season of 2014/15, Viola joined the Kevin O’Day Ballett as a young artist. Subsequently, a contract with the Ballet Junior de Genève 2015/16 lead her to Switzerland where she had the chance to expand her contemporary repertoire and dance works by great choreographers such as Hofesh Schechter, Sharon Eyal, Roy Assaf and Patrick Delcroix. Since then she has assumed the role of Clara in Daniel Morales Pérez’s Der Nussknacker and danced with Ballett Vorpommern, Greifswald for their recent production Soul of Ballet.
