Erica Vadelka

Erica is a dancer of Italian and Mozambican heritage who started ballet at the age of 6 while being raised in South Africa.

She trained with Tania Graafland, the former principal dancer of PACT ballet, Christopher Montague as well as Paula Olivier in Pretoria before joining Joburg Ballet in 2018 at the age of 17.

While with Joburg Ballet, over the last 6 years she performed many ballet and contemporary roles in the company productions including: Sleeping Beauty, La Traviata, Romeo and Juliet, and more. She also featured in soloist roles within the company, including Pascuala in Laurencia, Cupid and Girlfriends in Don Quixote and Clara in The Nutcracker.

Erica joined Ballet Ireland in 2024.
