Ramon Valls Barba

Ramón studied at the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma in Madrid, where he graduated in 2021. He then moved to Chicago to join the Joffrey Ballet, where he had the opportunity to work with the company in two productions: Anna Karenina and The Little Mermaid by John Cranko.

In 2023, Ramón worked with the Balletto di Milano performing in classical ballets such as Romeo and Juliet and The Nutcracker, as well as neoclassical works including The Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Four Seasons.

The following year, he returned to his hometown of Valencia to take part in Valencia Dancing Forward, where he danced in new creations by emerging choreographers, and repertory works by renowned artists, including Pájaros Muertos by Marcos Morau.

After completing this project, Ramón performed as a guest artist with various German companies, including Thüringer Staatsballett and Theater Koblenz where he performed Sleeping Beauty and a new creation by the director of Koblenz entitled Let’s Dance.

Ramón joined Ballet Ireland in 2025.
